Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

How to initiate a return

Contact our team at hello@theglowlens.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
